Growing up in the rural area out side of his parents local community. He trained fearlessly with his father during the hunting season and learned about the forest and natural surroundings from his mother. One night how ever, there was an attack upon the village and Father and Mon went in to the village to help fend off what ever it was. The word of the attack had reach them through the neighbors who also accompanied them in to the village. When they arrived however it was to late so they hurried back fearing the wors only to see that Mon's family house was on fire and a group of Orcs chasing and slaughtering the locals trying to fight them off.
