Hi again guys,

I am just trying to check on the status of my subscription items. I got an email on June 13 saying that both Pathfinder Volume 10 and Flight of the Red Raven should ship within the next week. Tomorrow will make 1 week since that email arrived. I have not recieved an email telling me my stuff has shipped nor have I gained access to my pdf's for those products. Now my sidecart shows the Tower of the Last Baron as shipping when Pathfinder Volume 11 comes out (which is fine with me, but if it is ready to go and waiting and my Pathfinder Volume 10 hasn't even shipped yet, then why wouldn't Tower of the Last Baron ship with Volume 10 instead of waiting for volume 11?).

I know I have to be as annoying as heck right now, but I would like to know when I might at least get access to the pdf's for my subscription products for this month. I'm sure you guys are tired of hearing me asking when I will get access to my pdf's, but I do mean it in a complementary way because I love the products you guys make and I can't wait to read them each month.

Let me also add that I understand the fact that I had the wrong shipping method selected and that I had to change that is what is causing this problem. I don't in any way blame you guys and no matter how long it takes this will not impact my high opinion of you and your company. I just keep hoping to come home and find out I got an email saying my stuff shipped and I can read my pdf's and it hasn't come. Its been a hard week as I am taking a 16 week graduate course on science teaching standards compressed into a 3 week summer course. The thing is that I like to use your guys products to help me unwind. The weekend is almost upon me and I would love more than anything to be able to read my pdf's this weekend. So please, pretty please could you guys possibly go ahead and charge my card for my stuff so I can at least read my pdf's? Pretty pretty please!!

This is true. However, if a thread still hasn't been addressed by the end of the day it was posted (i.e. 5pm PST), then that probably means I have missed it and it should be bumped.

As much as I hate to admit it... I do occasionally miss a post once in a while.
