The info say the order was shipped 5/6/08, but it never came. I did get Pathfinder #9. Something went awry, huh?

well if it says it was shipped on 5/6 then it hit the actual mail truck on 5/7 .... 5/7-5/16 is 7 business days.... what was the projected shipping time on that order?

Since your Pathfinder #9 has arrived then, your Gazetteer was missing from the shipment, since they were supposed to have shipped together. I will put a copy of the Gazetteer in with your next subscription shipment. In the meantime, since our system thinks it has already sent your copy to you, your PDF is available for download in your My Downloads section. I apologize for the missing book and any inconvenience.
