I just recieved PF9 and I thought that the Gazetter would be with it. The last thing I have about it is that it is in the sidecart and would ship when all preodered items arrive at the warehouse. I took that to mean when PF9 shipped the Gazetter would be with it. Any idea when I'll get it?

This is actually kind of strange. Your Gazetteer should have been shipped with your Pathfinder #9, and I do not see why it wasn't.
Since you've already received your PF#9, would you like it to wait for your next subscription shipment (PF#10), or would you like me to send it right away?
