I've had a couple of instances where I'm trying to reply to multiple threads.
So I have Post A open in reply and Post B (which I tabbed open second...)
I reply to Post A and hit submit.. but it actually tacks the reply onto Post B.
Is this something I'm running into because of settings on my PC or something with the board.

That happened to me yesterday. Strangest thing.

Well.. this was my conclusion as well. I was just wondering if this was a common occurance. Is it something new? If it is a new error.. I thought it might be prudent to mention it.
I don't think its a new thing. I've seen the behavior before. It seems the board keeps track of your last thread, and I think it uses that reference when you submit. (On a casual inspection for the source of the form, it doesn't seem to have a reference to the post, so it probably uses a cookie or session value.)

After 25 I've found the risk of the p.o.s. crashing and losing all my tabs outweighs any useful purpose. :)
P.S. - How are you doing, btw? Have things gotten a bit better for you?
Much (better), thanks! Next appt. with the surgeon is May 8th (blood draw, set up for thyroid backscatter), but I think all the cancer is out, and I'm about 80% recovered from the second surgery and can pick up my son for short periods (which rules). Hope to start exercising again by the end of the week.

Good! I am glad that you are feeling better.

Yeah, don't open more than one reply window at once. The board uses cookies for that stuff - or, rather, one cookie - and gets confused if you open more than one.
See, it only remembers the last threat you wanted to reply to, so the older ones won't know where to go. The same, I guess, goes for the submitted stuff: Once you have submitted a reply, the cookie thinks that no replies are due, and when you then go and send another reply, it just doesn't know where to put it.
