I'm wondering why there hasn't been a news item or announcement on the Paizo websize. The title page blurb ist still talking about the "first release". ENWorld also hasn't picked up on Alpha 3 yet, probably because of that.

Well, firstly, Alpha 3 hasn't come out yet, its only Alpha 2 right now. Secondly, they sent out email announcements, though yes there should be some sort of news item.

There is a news item now. For OGL news, it hasn't been the case up until now because no one sent in a news item to ENWorld. That has been taken care of by one of the ENWorlder.
