It's rather full -- is there a special reason why there hasn't been a shipment for some time now?
I apologize for the delay. It appears that there was an incorrect setting in one of your subscriptions that was holding things up. I have fixed this and I will ship your sidecart out to you as soon as possible.
This shouldn't happen again, but if it does, please let me know.

Yeah... I made sure that the shipping and handling fee was the same as a normal shipment. it will actually be shipping via USPS Priority due to the weight, but this was a mistake in our system so we will pick up the difference.
