I'm not sure that Kyra really came out all that much ahead of the game with the transition. She has abilities that overlap on another, and don't scale well - by 15th level, she has 6 different spell-like or supernatural abilities that harm undead, and I really doubt she'll wind up using them all. She can, however, heal like nobody's business, much of it without touching her actual prepared spells. On the other hand, a 15th level cleric in 3.5 has 8 domain slots - a Pathfinder cleric at the same level only has 6 spell-like abilities, and while the 1st or 0-level ones can be used a lot, I'm not sure the trade comes out in the new cleric's favor.
Not having to burn that feat slot on Weapon Prof. was kind of nice, though.
