A request: With the larger number of feats available to characters in the PFRPG, I'd like to see some really nice, long feat chains. Give the mid-to-high level Fighter something to work for! I can see where the Combat Feats are trying to do this, but even they cap out at 3 levels deep. I'd like to see some really powerful feat chains that take 5 or 6 feats to complete, and have very impressive effects -- something to make the Fighters as cool as the spellcasters. Given that they generally only do one thing -- attack -- whereas spellcasters can do tons of stuff, having feat chains that let fighters do something special are something I'd dearly like to see.

Disagree. Long Feat Chains are bad design. When a Wizard learns an 8th level spell, he doesn't have to have a 6th level version and a 3rd level version of the same spell - he just does it. And then when he casts that spell he gets a level appropriate effect. And that's honestly the way things should be. If you get to 7th level or 15th level, or any level you should do something level appropriate. If you go up in level you should at no time be told that the level appropriate things you got last level don't actually lead to anything level appropriate for this level.
So no. No Feat chains. Those things are terrible. They make high level organic characters suffer. There are two options that are good:
- 1. Pure Level Limits - Like Spells. Feats just appear in level brackets, and when you get a Feat at level 11 you take one of the awesome feats you can select at level 11.
2. Scaling Feats - Get rid of prereqs entirely, and have each feat simply scale in effect to the level you are at.
