Page 33. Intimidating prowess has got to go. You're taking a skill variant optional rule, use strength instead of charisma for intimidation, and turning it into a feat?
Feats are rare and will be used for more important stuff. Even the extreme scenario Chr +0, STR +4 I still wouldn't take the feat. I'd dump a level or two (as a fighter) worth of skill points into Intimidation and use the feat for something much more useful that comes up more often than intimidation. You get skill points every level, feats come up less.
Skill buff feats are bottom of the barrel. This becomes even more apparent with high skill point classes like ranger and rogue. Just dump the skill points in and be done with it.

My bad, you changed how skills work. I need to get some sleep and read it entirely.
Still I'm wondering won't everyone want to start as rogue, get almost everything as a class skill then jump to another class?
Human say Int of 14 +2. Start as rogue, get 11 skills as class skills, picking up stuff like use magic device, move to fighter.
