I don't live in Austin, but alot of my buddies do and they game regularly.... well, I wouldn't call what they do very "regular" though. They ususally treck to my place in Huntsville about once a month for a weekend marathon gaming session.

I'm up in Killeen, which is just too far from Austin to make it really convenient to pop into town. I know Daigle and Tegan are both down around that area, though.
