New Pathfinder subscription skipping volume?

I've just ordered a Pathfinder subscription, and I took the option to start from #6 for a bit of catch-up. (I've bought #1 already, I'll buy #2-5 separately).

When I placed the order, it was showing #6 pending, next volume will be #7.

Now I've had the notification that #6 has shipped, my subscription details are showing #8 as the next volume, no sign of #7 anywhere.

Have I confused things by trying to get two volumes shipping in March? Do I need to order #7 manually - and if so, I'm going to miss out on the free PDFs, right?

I was thinking about adding a Chronicles subscription too - am I going to hit the same problem if I try to start back-dated and get the Runelords Map Folio?

my subscription page is indicating the identical peculiarity noted above.

update: i called customer service moments ago. they were able to fix the snafu almost immediately.

Yeah mine did the same thing. Which I posted in another thread. Number 7 is now listed as pending and 8 to be shipped next. 6 is no longer listed but before it was listed as shipped and it still lists a seperate charge for the subscription. So i am assuming that means 6 was indeed shipped already.

I will know for sure in a couple of days I am sure. I am confident it was, cause because it said it would be and the charge still shows up and the link for a PDF is still there.

I seem to be in the same boat. My subscription skipped Pathfinder #7, as well as Pathfinder Chronicles Guide to Korvosa and the Harrow Deck. (The Pathfinder Module was this month's when I ordered, so as far as I can tell, it was not affected.)

Not to get on the bandwagon (I'm a new subscriber) but I checked my subscription and I appear to have the same issue. It shows #6 as pending shipment, and my next volume as #8. Would you be able to fix my account to include #7 as well?

Hi, I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this same problem. Looking at my subscriptions, I've received Pathfinder #7 but now it says the next volume to ship will be #9.

I'm also a Chronicles subscriber, I received the Harrow Deck, and previously when I checked my subscriptions page it said I was to receive the "Classic Monsters Revisited" but now it says the next item to ship will be the Gazeteer. I would really like a copy of the Classic Monsters publication.

Lastly, looking at my Modules subscription: I received J3 "Crucible of Chaos" and the subscriptions page says the next module to ship will be W3 "Flight of the Red Raven." I would also like the modules in-between please: "W2 River into Darkness" and "D3 The Dream Within."

Please let me know if I need to change any of my selections or profiles. I want to make sure I receive all the subscription content.

Hmm... odd. I don't see why your subscription skipped those. And in your case (as opposed to nearly all the other subscriptions where these items seemed to disappear), the items were skipped. I have set them to ship right away and this should get your subscriptions back on track.

Unfortunately, I accidentally processed the order a couple of times prematurely resulting in a couple of extra emails that you should disregard. You were not double-charged, however. I have sent you an email which explains which emails to disregard.
