Is the only way to cancel Pathfinder to ask here?

I tried to remove my cc payment, and that didn't seem to do anything. Its still listed.

I didn't even actually buy it. It's just sitting in my shopping cart and I still can't get rid of it. It's getting a little crazy because there's a lot of good Pathfinder stuff coming out and I can't buy it without having to buy the subscription too. I think something's seriously broken.
