My #5 just came in today and the cardboard protecting it was a bit beat up. It amounts to a bend about halfway down the spine. I was wondering if I could send it back and hopefully get one that isn't bent. I'm really not trying to be an ass about it but I admit I am picky about my books. Any information would be great thank you.

I will send you an email with return instructions for this volume. However, if avoiding the minor damage that can occur during shipping is important to you, you may want to select a different shipping method. While it is more expensive, with UPS Ground shipping for your subscriptions your books will be sent in a larger UPS box which is trackable and will be better protected. The rigid cardboard envelopes used for the USPS shipments are the best protection we can offer without charging a higher shipping and handling fee, and I will not be able to send a replacement for every book which arrives with minor shipping damage.

Thanks Cosmo. I understand that a little bit a damage cannot always be avoided and I would never expect all of them to be reshipped. (As a side note my wife informed me that she wouldn't be happy if I returned the book for so little a thing. Considering she is pregnant I think I will try to avoid sleeping on the couch for a week.) So thank you for taking the time to respond and I am going to look into changing my shipping options. Great service as always. Thank you.
