"This morning as I was heading down the Thruway toward work in a bit of a fog trying to get to a meeting on time, I looked down at my dashboard and thought, "oh, I'd better slow down just a little," so I backed off the gas a touch. A little bit later I looked back down and thought, "oops I'm still going a little fast, must be the cruise control is on," so I tapped on the brake a couple times. A little while later, a car goes blasting by me and I thought, "wow, that dude is in a real big hurry to be blasting by me this fast." Then, a couple seconds later, a few more blast on past me. I looked at the dashboard yet again and finally realized I was speeding along at a whopping 40 miles per hour, but it was still holding at 80 degrees outside just fine."

Andy Stone (Mackenzie Crook): "Alright Rain Man, how do you know all this stuff?"
Lance Stater (Toby Jones): "Lecture at this year's TV Nostalgia convention."
Andy: "You still go to those?"
Lance: "Nah, not after the last one. Shambles."
Andy: "Yeah, nostalgia conventions aren't what they used to be."

Joan Rivers: "What is your philosophy behind all this?"
Oderus Urungus*: "Well, basically, we view the human race as scum. We are indeed from another planet, you know, and human beings we see as food, dogs, so much to be destroyed on stage en masse."
Joan Rivers: "Right..."
Oderus Urungus: "They do not, ah, dislike this, rather, they throw themselves gleefully into the jaws of death."
*(portrayed by Dave Brockie (1963-2014); former lead singer of heavy metal band GWAR)

"Sometimes when I try to understand a person's motives, I play a little game: I assume the worst. What's the worst reason they could possibly have for saying what they say and doing what they do? Then I ask myself, "How well does that reason explain what they say and what they do?"

Here's one that will ring true for Starfinder characters:
"The first rule of space travel kids is always check out distress beacons. Nine out of ten times it's a ship full of dead aliens and a bunch of free s**t! One out of ten times it's a deadly trap, but... I'm ready to roll those dice!"

Once I wrote this quotation on my board. One of the Latin teachers was so taken with it that she translated it into Latin.

I have a book of Oscar quotes.
I'll put a few down, doubtless you've already seen them
"Many American women on leaving their native land, adopt the appearance of chronic ill health, under the misconception that illness is a form of European refinement."
"Never trust a woman who tells you her real age; a woman who tell you that would tell you anything."
"I sometimes think that god, in creating man, rather overestimated his ability"
"London is full of women who trust their husbands: one can always recognize them as they look so thoroughly happy."
"The proper basis for marriage is mutual misunderstanding."
"A little sincerity is a dangerous thing, and a great deal of it is absolutely fatal."
"The youth of America is their oldest tradition; it has been going on now for three hundred years"
"If you find a box labeled American dry goods, you can be reasonably sure it will contain nothing but their novels"
"It is a very sad thing that nowadays there is o little useless information around" (he'd love the internet)
"Work is the curse of the drinking classes"
"Examination consists of the foolish asking questions the wise cannot answer"
"The truth is rarely pure and never simple"
"The book of life begins with a man and a woman in a garden; it ends with revelations"
"The good ends happily and the bad unhappily; that is what fiction means."
"Nothing succeeds like excess"
I'll leave you with those :)

"I wish people wouldn't talk about Great Britain as if the "Great" in it means "Brilliant." It doesn't. It's not "Amazing Britain," as opposed to "Stupid Belgium" and "Crappy France." It means "Great," as in "Big," which, of course, Britain isn't particularly, but it is in relation to Brittany, and historically, that's the Britain that Great Britain is greater than. So, Britain is only "Great" in that it's larger than part of France, while of course being significantly smaller than all of France."

"{I}t was the kind of movie I would have gone to see when I was a kid [...] I feel sorry for all those people that are going through that whole trip of ‘Why would Samuel Jackson do something like this?’ and ‘It’s lowbrow.’ It’s a movie. People go to movies on Saturday to get away...and just go and have some fun, and I like doing movies that are fun.”
- Samuel L. Jackson, on why he agreed to star in the 2006 high-budget B-list action thriller Snakes On A Plane
