Pathfinder #2 and #3 did not arrive.

Hi there, Cosmo?
Since for some reason I just cant seem to get an e-mail send to your customer service. I thought I posted it here.
Pathfinder #2 never made it to my home.
And I am not sure of #3, maybe its just stuck somewhere but since I got #1 in a week's time, I got kind of worried.
Also how long should we International subscribers wait to ring the bell of a Pathfinder not arriving? 3 weeks?

Well, international shipping has many different variables to account for. There are at least 2 different postage company to go through, as well as at least one customs office to clear.

That could mean a lot of delays, especialy the customs, and it can make delivery time a little random. To compare, my first pathfinder took over 20 working days (that means over 4 weeks, because there were 5 week-ends included between those 20 work-days). And I live in Canada, which is quite close.

Now, as for how long to wait, CS asked that USA subscribers wait around 5 or 6*** full weeks before they push the panick button. I would says that you could extend that a couple more weeks for international subscribers. So, that means that you should start to worry about PF#2 not arriving, but it's very early to worry about PF#3.

Yeh well tbat one holds no info that is relevant to lets say, my interests.

I know, I just wanted to give you some basis upon which to evaluate your case, from customer to customer.

As a side note, Paizo is on Thanksgiving holiday until next monday, so they probably wont answer this tread or any e-mail until then.

I still have not received pathfinder 2.
And for some quirky reason, my gmail wont send mail to the paizo customer adress.
So here I am.

Sorry that it took so long for us to get back to you! Your Pathfinder #2 was shipped to you, but yesterday was near the end of your shipping estimate. To be safe, I've set Pathfinder #2 to ship with Volume #4, but it is still very possible that your copy will still arrive. If it does, please let us know as soon as possible!

As for Pathfinder #3, it was shipped on November 5th via Pathfinder Standard Shipping. Items shipped this way take an estimated 9-36 business days to arrive, not counting holidays, postal delays or customs delays. We are on business day 14, so it is a little early to worry about your copy being lost.

I did receive my Pathfinder 3 today! :D
So my hopes for #2 are quite low.
