In my opinion Barbarians power Surprise Accuracy is overpowered.
Is there an errata about the skill?
Consider a Barabarian with high consti score (20+) and 10 level. In principal you can make a +10 attack roll each round.
Yes, if you want to just burn through rage points. What such a big deal about that? My 9th level fighter with some simple buffs can have a 44 ac and if we min maxed him could have much more.
So your barbarian would be about +25 to hit him (5 from str,+10 from level and +10 from suprise accuracy) or there abouts. so he would hit on a 9 or better.
Heck we just got done fighting a dragon that was +26 to hit. Not much different.
point being your barbarian cannot do that all day long. If the player managed those rage points more judiciously, he/she could be more useful than just hitting alot in a few encounters.
Pathfinder is trying to create a game where there is an adventuring day, not a few heated moments a day before everyone rests.
Bruning through rage points would be the same as saying fireball is too powerful, well what happens when you are all out?

Here you can find an alternate version of the Barbarian Rage system proposed by Jason Bulmahn himself. As you can see, this version has a really nerfed Surprise Accuracy power.
Of course, nobody (except Jason) knows what will be the final version of the Barbarian Rage in the Rulebook; I personally like the Alternate Rage system better, but I feel that some powers need a 'middle ground' among the Printed version and the Alternate one (especially Powerful Blow and Surprise Accuracy).

What Wraith said - and I'd agree Surprise Accuracy was lowered just a bit too far (though a free bonus to hit is always grand). Jason (or maybe James) has confirmed that "Rage Points" are gone as a concept for using the Rage powers - so very likely final version of surprise accuracy will be closer to the Alternate than the Beta original.
In other words, I don't think you need to worry.
