Shipping Cost concerning Orders #756229 and #729583

Hello.

I just checked my credit card bill and realized that I was charged $12.82 shipping and handling cost for orders #756229 and #729583, but both D0 and D1 arrived in the same package.
Are the $12.82 a mistake or did I miss something?

Oh and I received a bill with aforementioned orders, but none with W1. Was this an oversight or is this common for subscriptions?

And before I forget it: Thank you for the free Item Card booster and Paizo Summer Catalog included in the last shipment :).

Subscriptions won't generally include packing slips. Less waste, more speed!
