Does this book have anything in it that would help out running stuff on the Isle itself.If so I may purchase this suplement. I plan on running my campaign in Greyhawk, and not Eberon. Im mainly looking for some interesting tidbits to make my players really feel like the Isle is almost another alien and savage world.

Hmmm...Not really. Some people who have converted the STAP are replacing the Isle of Dread with Xen'drik. I might put Scuttlecove there, since it would seem closer than having to sail all the way back to the Lhazzars.
Scuttlecove is apparently in southern Q'barra, according to Keith Baker's notes.
There are some interesting things in Secrets of Xen'drik, but to be honest I'm not sure it would add much to the Isle of Dread. You could probably convert some of the remnants of the giant civilisations of Xen'drik to remnants of Thanaclan, though.

No, but it's mentioned in the first set of notes:
"Most people think that the Crimson Fleet is led by one of the Lhazaar pirate lords - that it is the result of a schism within the northern Cloudreavers or the Bloodsails of Farlnen. In fact, the fleet is based in Scuttlecove, a city in southern Q'barra . . ."
