Not posted yet. Generally speaking they lag as much as a month (or sometimes longer) behind the publish date. I won't even start looking for my copy of 145 in the mail for another week or more. I would imagine you're several weeks from seeing the 145 PDF. 144 will probably be up soon.

I have the Dragon Magazine CD set of the first 250 issues and love it. I see that some of the out of print Dragon Magazines are available in PDF form for $4.95. How about the old out of print Dungeon Magazines on PDF or a CD compendium of those magazines. Is there something in the works? I once had Dungeon from issue 1 to somewhere in the thirties. Some of those are lost forever and are difficult to replace.

James discussed this recently in a different thread. Because of the transfer from TSR to WotC to Paizo over the years and various contractual issues with the authors, artists, cartographers and so forth, it is difficult if not impossible to convert many old mags to PDFs. At the very least it is prohibitively time-consuming when not prohibitively expensive.
