I just wanted to applaud both Mr Kuntz and Paizo for bringing us this old-school adventure arc/mini-campaign. Is there a specific schedule for these levels or is it more a case of when Mr Kuntz has the time? It seems to be 2 levels/year. I hope he actually gets time to do all 18+ levels and we finally get an epic level campaign.
I am currently ½ way through a shackled city campaign and my next campaign will be Incursion. After two such epic “world saving” campaigns I plan on running Maure Castle as its own campaign. So probably not for another 2 or 3 years. Hopefully we have another 6 levels by then.
So is Maure Castle somehow related to Castle Greyhawk? If I remember correctly Mr Kuntz co-DM’d castle Greayhawk with GG. I also believe GG is bringing out (or perhaps has brought out) his own Castle Greyhawk module/campaign. Would be interesting to contrast the two.
Anyway whenever I see a Maure Castle level in my Dungeon I have to say I get a thrill. Hopefully there are many more to come so we can slowly unravel the mystery of the Maure family.
