sure there is; some of my more evil players or npc's would just joyously drive you crazy with TDK and wild plots of mass destruction to save the world; and you would joyously love this babble as you go joyously insane. If all stimulation becomes joyous things would get really confusing and downright sick. Some people don't get happiness and joy because they are warped and evil; confuse the issue and we enter depravity that can only be imagined.

Unlimited resources at my disposal (or if not at my disposal, at the disposal of the most enlightened, living human, over the age of 18 on the planet).
Control over all world governments and religious leaders (or at least veto powers!)
The ability to cancel anyone else's wishes that I don't like !!!

Btw, what's TDK?
Torture Death Kill; was a termed used to describe some psycho killer by police that I once heard about; and I guess is still used by some governments to get information and terrify prisoners; dont know much about it but some of my players have done this kind of thing in the game to try to uncover plots by evil groups when they had no mind reading magic or charms and such and time was critical. The whole thing is a big moral issue that players have to work out especially when good guys and bad guys are working together within a group.
One wish?
I'd wish to be able to use Remove Disease. Lots. Then I'd travel to EVERY children's hospital in the world.
I would wish for Green Lantern's Power Ring - that would (carefully applied) allow me to heal, distribute aid, stop natural disasters, stop or at least slow man made disasters, recover enough sunken treasure, viens of ore etc. to support my and many other families indefinately as well as endow any number of of worthy institutions with the resources to function indefinately.
Plus I could fly and woop butt

I would wish for Immortality eg. nothing can kill me but i can kill myself that way once everyone one is dead and im all alone and theres no one to play dnd with, i can kill myself and be done with it ending the human race.
