Trouble with my online renewal...

Dear Paizo:

Can you please take a look at a DUNGEON subscription? I renewed online, but my account is still saying "expired." I have had similar trouble in the past, and could use your help straightening this out.

* On 2/8/06, I added 12 issues of DUNGEON via Paizo.com
* On 2/10/06, my credit card was charged $38.95
* As of 3/8/06, my account still says DUNGEON is expired

The subscription ships to Z. Roseman, zip 28607-9372.

The subscription is just fine, and there will be no interruption in service.

Our system makes a distinction between purchaser and recipient, and when you purchase a subscription for another person, it doesn't show up as your subscription—it shows up as theirs. I have reset it to show up as yours.
