Forgotten Realms campaign setting - 3.5 re-print?

3.5/d20/OGL

I would have posted this onto the WOTC site but I can't seem to get on at the moment.

Does anyone know if there will be a 3.5 re-print of the FR setting? I know details of the edits are in another sourcebook but for my money that's not good enough.

Anyone know anything?

I don't think there will be an updated FRC book until next edition of D&D. The book which upgrade 3.0 to 3.5 is Player's Guide to Faerun.

The heroes of the Forgotten Realms are as diverse and varied as the regions from which they hail. This collection of Faerûnian lore and arcana allows you to create and equip an endless array of characters braced for the challenges they’ll encounter. From races, feats, and spells to prestige classes, magic items, and more, Player’s Guide to Faerûn provides a v.3.5 update to the Forgotten Realms setting, reintroduces some old favorites from 1st and 2nd Edition, and offers all-new character-building material.

Every PrC and race in the FRCS has been updated to 3.5, and a large number of the spells. Reference the Player's Guide to Faerun, and this link here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20040313a

As for the spells, they're scattered across all the new books - Spell Compendium, Libris Mortis, Lost Empires, etc. Check this link: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/lists if you want to see if a particular 3.5 mechanic has been updated to 3.5.

Most everything has, by this point. All that's left is 'fluff,' which needs no update on its own.
