Hey, I figured there needed to be a thread for the gamers in Southern California. So here it is, any who are in the southern californa area feel free to post here. I myself am looking to start an AoW campain but I need some more players (and a place to regularly play without being bothered) or looking to Join as a player any gaming group currently running or about to run an AoW right now.
I'm in Southern California too...although it's a big place...Where are you located? I'm near downtown LA. I'd be interested in playing the AoW, though I'm not much help in terms of a regular place to play. Also, I do have a subscription and thus, have read much of the AP, but I could seperate my meta-game and ingame knowledge quite easily.

I'm in SoCal, Encinitas to be specific. I've theoretically got a full group, but my job has just about killed the game (haven't played since October). If things do fall all the way apart, I'd be looking for players in January or so. I posted here before when I was recruting for this group, so if you find that post you can get an idea of what sort of game I run.

I'm currently in the OC area around all the theme parks.
if travel would be a problem I can provide rides.Naturally I would like to meet any and all possible players before I let them in.
Also in LA (we play near Beverly Hills) and our group is looking to a add a player. We've been together for awhile (15 years) and play twice a month all day Saturday (10am to whenever, usually 9 but we have gone later). We are an above 30 group and if you are a non smoker and looking to play 3.5 dungeons and dragons, drop me a note.

Alhambra / South Pasadena area here. My timing is horrible as we have a baby on the way but once things settle down I am going to be looking for a local game or running one at my house on the weekends.
Cheviot Hills is close to where I work (Westwood), and Riverside is about the same distance in the opposite direction... both would be a bit of a drive for me and we only have one car.

I'm in the San Diego area and could use a new player. I've posted regarding my game in the past, but to summarize - I run a by the book game with minimal house rules and no DM fudging. We are playing the AoW adventure path and are at 3rd level. We have some strong roleplayers in the group, but we also enjoy our tactical combat a great deal. We play in Encinitas once or twice a month on Sundays and communicate between sessions via email. Players are mostly in their late 20's/early 30's.
