The old one is out of print, but I still have my copy - what would make me want the new book?

"The Infernal Empire" is a campaign setting book, and as such, will have a lot more setting and background details pertinent for a GM. "Empire of Devils" is a player companion book, and has more player-focused details: feats, items, etc.
