I'll look at the advertized number of cards for each decks, and guesstimate the number of spells of that tradition in PC2, and compare to pre-remaster:
Deck: 220+
PC: 147
So... PC2 should have ~74~83 focus spells.
CRB 151+ APG 77 = 228 pre-remaster focus spells in "core".
Yeah, for that one, let's call it stable. xD Not a lot of them were directly related to OGL stuff, and most were so mechanically different that probably only needed renaming.

I got my PC2 book PDF! So, here the results for my Guesstimates!

Deck 220+ | PC 147
PC2: Estimated ~74~83 | Actual: 73
For a total of: 147 + 73 = 220
There's EXACTLY 220 cards! It said "220+"! xD Counting the rule cards is cheating! Oh well... another loss on me. [X]
CRB + APG = 228 focus spells, so we "lost" 8 spells. hum...
