It actually looks pretty good. He is like a masochistic smurf. Unfortunately I doubt it will see a lot of actual playtime because it is an oddball monster. You could probably substitute a kyton with this guy if you wanted to. They have the same motif.

A much needed addition to Pathfinder Battles!

GOOD:
While being a long shot away from the cool artwork from page 276 of Bestiary 2 or the Serpents Skull AP interior art, the unique leather armor and blue skin transports the design of the servitors of the Four Horsemen pretty good.

BAD:
The massive jaws are not sculpted prominently enough for the bite attack.
Also sadly no translucent skin with the bones showing inside (that would probably have to result in a rare slot).
The Rhoka sword also looks different than in the artwork.

UGLY:
Nothing.

This is a nice grunt fighter mini.
I´m hoping for more Urdefhan versions in the future.
