It has a good pose. There are some aspects of the paint job that I feel could be better, like the loincloth and the necklace. It's probably not noticeable from a distance though.

GOOD:
This looks like a really fierce Lizardfolk fighter, much better than the "Heroes & Monsters" version.
You can also cut away the weapon to create a fist/claw fighter.

BAD:
You can´t cut away the shield easily.

UGLY:
Nothing.
