I'm not sure if it is supposed to be an adventurer or a civilian but I suppose it could be used for either. The details are too smoothed. It needs some well defined edges. The face and hair especially are very rounded.

GOOD:
A two weapon wielding halfling.

BAD:
Very drab paintjob.

UGLY:
Insert a "How many halfling butchers does it take too..." joke here.
