It is an okay catoblepas. I wish the neck were longer. The color scheme is bland.

Nice mini - also useful as an aurox herd animal

More medieval than the original 1977 Monster Manual long-necked catoblepas, it still displays the characteristically weak neck. I would have preferred a little more distinction in the color than just mud overall, but it's not inappropriate (though I've seen some nice pictures in bronze). But, hey: it's an accurate depiction of a rarely rendered monster!

Good sculpt, bland paint job, too many in a case (I received 4). I would be glad to have one of these, but 4 is just too many.
