Mac does kinda get going on Tebow and all...
I am not a troll.....
I never participate in the religion/politic debates and the only controversy I've caused is when I made it onto the infamous "Sebastian's List" in less than 24 hours after meeting him.

Packing would be one thing. ;)You visiting family or just getting away for leave?
Well I would say I hope you enjoy your trip, but it is In-laws.
So I'll just say "Good Luck Soldier."

Ain't he playing the Patriots today? Please let him win, I dont wanna hear a bunch of Pat's fans crowing tomorrow, Monday's are hard enough ...
Yeah.....this is the game I really dread for them. I think it's possible, because he's gone and fought back a bunch of times, we'll see.

I know. I am VERY torn on who I want to win.
Tebow winning would be a good thing and up my opinion of him.
But I want the Pats to win just to see ESPN implode.

If St. Thomas of the Brylcreem loses, then at least the fans wont wanna talk football with me.
*sigh*
Sometimes it is hard being the smiling face handing out the coffee. Everyone wants to be your bro, and they figure looking at me that I am a rabid football fan.

Off to the library to get Measure for Measure and then I'll be done with the Bard!
I own a big complete works volume that my grandmother gave me when I was little that I try not to open, so I take them out.
Also, I haven't been around here lately, but some woman crashed into my car last week. It's a '97 Towncar, so the insurance company just wanted to give me three grand; I just wanted them to fix my baby. Luckily, my father knows a guy that'll put a new door on cheap, so now I get to keep my girl and get a big settlement! Sometimes (rarely), life works out well!
I was real worried about getting a new car because then my tape collection would become obsolete!
Maybe I'll look up Tebow when I get back.

Spanky the Leprechaun wrote:There's some kinda way to do it; reading a few pages every day or something.
I think I tried it 20 years ago, and got to a few pages of dudes begatting other dudes and said "....meh..."I'm going to do it more like I did Shakespeare--read Genesis, read a couple of other books, read Exodus, etc., etc. There's like, what? 50-something books? I'm sure I'll be at it for a while!
I also reserve the right to skip big long passages of "begettings".
Best way to do it. Sometimes though the "begettings" actually have interesting stuff hidden in there.

I did that once. Your car will have a salvaged title, but for a car that old, that's kind of irrelevant anyway. It's nice when you can pocket some of that insurance money and still have your car!

I feel your pain, Patrick. I'm a Jerry Jones hater in Cowboyland.
Yah. I'm a sports hater in Titletown. The landlord of my bakery is Jay Miller. This here is him in action..
Ahh ritualized warfare, how fun ...

This. I cannot tell you how nice it is to listen to books while driving. I just did the entire Song of Ice and Fire series on digital audio and it was great. Took about 5 months, but well worth it. Plus, doing mindless chores is sooo much better plugged into a book =)

Rudolph the coke head reindeer had a very shiny nose,
If he ever had money, he spent it on hookers and blow,
All the other reindeer used to call him lame,
They never let the coke head play any party games.
Then one foggy Christmas eve, Sancho came to town,
"Rudolph with your powder so white,
won't you party with my hoes tonight."
Work in progress.
