mythic spells with feats and how they mix

hey...

let's say you have a spell that targets 1 person. you use a mythic version, which allows it to target multiple.

now, some metamagic feats i think, only allowed to be used on spells that have more than 1 target.

Can the metamagic feat be added to the spell mentioned in the first sentence? or does the fact that the spell targets multiple people due to it being mythic not count?

If you have a specific example it might help disprove my assumption, but I believe metamagic feats work without modification with mythic spells.
