Omega World is the property of Wizards of the Coast. We might do an Apocalyptic game some day (In fact, I'll be running just such a game starting this Saturday that I built from the Pathfinder rules, based on a similar game I built several years ago from 3.5's rules), but if we do, it'll be it's own game, not something based on Gamma World or Omega World.
