Site wouldn't let me login yesterday - very odd. Anyway, it looks like this is no longer necessary, by Kyra has a +11 religion. She also has +4 survival, which isn't great, so she would probably tend to assist here.

Seeing the nasty bite that Ysoldt took, Kyra decides that she needs to immediately provide some aid.

Kyra's first thought is for the drwoning sailor. She swims to the man and tries to free him, and if given the chance, also attempts to revive him.

"Swim style? I never learned to swim. I will be severely limited under the water, but if it is where I am needed, it is where we will go."

As I understand it, swimming is just an athletics check, so Kyra will probably be fine with swimming. But every other penalty will affect Kyra specifically, so it seemed thematically viable that she is not a fan of under water.

Also, as a pregen, does she get a school item? If so, a scroll of Dispel Magic sounds good.

Kyra looks out at the shore, and sees the distance is too far to reach quickly. She starts chanting praise to Sarenrae to protect that poor porter, and an image of a scimitar appears next to him, striking out at the sea creature.

Kyra casts guidance on Rogar again, seeing as he is the only one willing to go toe-to-toe with this thing (including herself!).

Hearing that brute force is the only real weapon here, and being basically caught without a proper bludgeoning tool, Kyra determines her best course is to make Rogar do better. With that in mind, she casts bull's strength on him. (+4 strength for 4 minutes).
