My take (not a standard by any means)
In the Notes section, I list how many bundles found and GP earned as a result.
In the Downtime, I note any GP earned as a result of Earn Income checks (with a note included in GP gained).
The GP Gained, then, has the sum of GP from both of the above.
I can't do anything re: player spending. (It's really irritating not having a GP remaining box).

The last convention listing is confusing - you may have merged two events together :-)
Shadowcon UK 2020 is still going ahead and will be online.
It is NOT in Sheperdstow, WV but rather in London UK.
It is from 29 - 31 Augsut

There is nothing that suggests he should have done that. In theory, you took it all back to Abaslom and it was identified there.

Get ready to fall, then, because you can't have potions of personal range spells. :P

You are correct (except when they appear on chronicle sheets) :-p

Why do we need a PFS directive on everything ?

The first rule of GM-ing is to use some common sesnse. Use what you think appropriate - in some cases, using all the skills will make sense (with each skill providing different information) and in other cases, only one will do.

I don't believe you can (as a GM) contribute to help clear PC conditions.

From v7.0 of the Guide (Page 24 - Always Available Items) (emphasis mine)
'All basic armor, gear, items, and weapons from Chapter 6 of the Core Rulebook, including Small and Large-sized items. This does not include equipment made from dragonhide, but it does include equipment made from
the other special materials, such as alchemical silver and cold iron (see the Special Materials section on page 154 of the Core Rulebook).

Basic Mithril Items, like the Mithril chain shit the OP asked about, are always available, regardless of your Fame score. Now, having the gold to purchase may be more problematic.

The two important documents to read when creating characters are the Pathfinder Society Guide to Organised Play and Additional Resources, both of which are on the page Kigvan linked to.

In the PFSGOP, Table 5-4 (Page 26), both Free purchase up to 150 gp and Free purchase up to 750 gp are both associated with footnote 3.

This states (it is on the same table) Once per session, you can acquire any single item of this cost or less from your faction by spending the
appropriate number of Prestige Points. Items purchased this way are worth 0 gp and cannot be sold.

Spoiler:
From the chronicle
Trusty Buddy” (adamantine crowbar; 3,002 gp, limit 1; +4 circumstance bonus on Strength checks to open doors and chests, bypasses DR when used as improvised weapon)

Bolding mine for emphasis
It would ignore DR as an improvised adamantine weapon.
It would NOT ignore DR/-, epic, magic, cold iron, silver etc ....
At least, that is how I would rule it on my table. That seems to be the common sense approach to me (but then I have been know to be fallible)

You do not need to apply for anything to GM PFS.

You will need to create an event to report the games as follows :
Select Pathfinder Society in the top left of the screen
Select My Pathfinder Society (you may need to enter a password)
Select the tab GM/Event Coordinator
Create New Event

If your playes are not PFS registered, while on tab GM/Event Coordinator, download Pathfinder Society Cards.

Hope this helps.

Terry

I don't believe you can do this - Brawler is fighter+monk

From the Page 2 of Advanced Class Guide document
"Multiclassing with These Classes
Because of the way these new classes work, there are restrictions on multiclassing with them. Each class in the playtest has an Alternate Classes entry, which lists the two classes it mixes.

If you have levels in one of these new classes, you cannot take levels in either of its alternate classes, nor can you take levels in a class in this playtest that also has either of those alternate classes. For example, if you take levels in arcanist (alternate classes: sorcerer and wizard), you can’t also take levels in sorcerer or wizard, nor can
you take levels in bloodrager (alternate classes: sorcerer and barbarian).

Likewise, if you have levels in a base class, you cannot take levels in any of the classes in this playtest that list that base class as an alternate class. For example, if you have levels in rogue, you can’t take levels in investigator (alternate classes: rogue and alchemist) or slayer (alternate classes: rogue and ranger)."

Well done Sir - you are buying the drinks at Shadowcon :-)

Terry, I believe the rule is that people with the lowest PFS number get the drinks bought for them. And it's the lower numbers of stars that start the process.

Ain't that right Rob?

Talk about a lucky escape - Both the Chris's (Manning and Brockley-Blatt are 1 star GM's, far beneath the heady heights of my 2 star level :-)
