Congradulations to all the 5 glyph GMs. We all appreciate the work put in to get there, and I am sure all your players also appreciate it.

I think this is a good example of what can go wrong with the new rule. For this one example we are looking at one team that will be playing it at night and fatigued, and the other end they are not fatigued, and in the day. It would be a very different experience.

They still need the minimum table number (for example 3 for Blessings), but if you can get enough people together, it does not have to be at a con.

...Am I missing something? How many temp HP do you get if you choose and make the DC 20 Diplomacy check? I assume you get some and the dc 30 check doesn't give you just 5... ;)

Was it ever revealed anywhere what the results of the first scenario were, with regards to the choice at the end?

In the sequel, Yesteryear's Sorrow, it is stated that the Starfinder Society decided to not reveal the truth to either party.

Just bumping this to see if we get more visibility. I love some of the older Quests, there are some absolute gems amongst them. And I cannot see a lot of difference between them and Bounties, which are infinitely repeatable.

It also reduces one level of complexity with what is and isn't repeatable.

I can live with feet and inches, but the conversion I would most like is temperature as it is a weird non-linear conversion.

SFS experience is a level for every 3xp played so the +1 refers to that calculation. You would need 12 normal scenarios to get to 5th level.

From the Guide to Organised play for Starfinder: Levelling Up
Each time you play an adventure, your character will receive experience points (XP). Typically, you gain 1 XP for completing a Starfinder Society scenario or 3 XP for completing an Adventure Path. Characters advance 1 level for every 3 XP they earn.

I would also advocate for this. There are some absolute gems amongst the early bounties, it would be fantastic to be able to put them on the schedule again.

A lot of APs are sanctioned for Org Play, with the sanctioning documents found on the product pages of the AP. However, Agents of Edgewatch was not sanctioned, along with Blood Lords.

Bounties in PF2 reward Rep. Bounties in Starfinder do not.

Under Contact us, there is an email specifically for liecencing. I know there were questions asked about stls when Starfinder/Pathfinder Infinate was announced, but not sure they were ever answered publicly.

Paizo Advantage applies on Paizo products, and these are Campaign Coins products, using the Pathfinder license.

We actually managed to lay the Shattered Sanctuary storyline out in an order from level one to level 8, where you could play all the mini arcs on the one character, which is cool, as they got the whole story. From memory, the character had to start at level 3. I was just curious if it was possible to do the same this year.

The ability to search for a specific item in your downloads would be appreciated too. I currently short-cut by going to the product page, and using the download button there, but it is often broken, and I go into a loop of signing in, selecting the button, and signing in.

But yes, making sure all the categories align, and the index on the side actually picks up the correct products would be a great start

It is good to see the change to the 5 widget qualifications for areas with more sparse VCs (like Australia). It will be a good thing when I get to that point, otherwise I was looking at a significant outlay of funds to fly to other states for my evals.

I am not saying I agree with the change, but it may give you some context.

The last sentence in the above post seems to be partially incorrect. The XP isn't retroactive, but the paragraph does state that it now awards credit as a scenario. Thus 4XP. So if a group wanted to play it now, that's what it would be.

Alex has clarified that future Free RPG Day offerings will be 4xp, but this one will remain at 1xp here

I would particularly be interested if STLs are allowable. There is a distinct lack of Starfinder miniatures being made.

It is now mid-June, with this coming out in about a month. Is there any further news regarding either a subscription, or the bundling the PDF with a pre-order?

I would like to echo Hmmm's concerns on this.

The understanding that we all have around Sanctioning of Non-Org Play Adventures is that it is 1xp, 1 reputation and 2 days downtime for approximately each hour of play. It would be nice to be consistent with this, and the current Free RPG Day sanctioning isn't.

I hadn't even thought around the issues with Scheduling, but that is a really good point also.

Just so I have it straight in my head:

* We will still be receiving GM/Convention boons until July 21.

* SFS will move to the AcP system from July 21.

* 'Chronicle boons' will resume in Season 4 under AcP, but as 0 point buys based on the scenarios we played.

* There will be no Chronicle boons through Season 3 - essentially it will be the 'dead' season, providing neither a Chronicle boon nor AcP for future purchases.

Anything incorrect?

I would love some clarity on this, Shifty's questions are a great summation of the queries.

I, personally, have no issues with Convention boons moving to the AcP system, but I am also disappointed that the chronicle sheet boons are going away. They don't always have to be a rules element, but playing a scenario and being able to say that you impressed a NPC and it make a difference is the sort of stuff I love about Society play.

Without chronicle boons, we never would have gotten Mormalaws and Copaxis in SFS.

Thursty: Is it possible you could tell us how many scenarios there are planned for an arc...especially the high level one. I have players asking as some only have 4 scenarios to go before they level out on their high tier characters, and want to make sure they get to play through the whole arc with the same character. I am interested for myself also.

The Races for SFS should be in the Guide for Year 3....which will hopefully be out soon.

Paizo may not, but the Organised Play Foundation has many volunteers all over the world. As an international organisation, there should be some consideration to their requests for things that may help their communities. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for 1.99 to be replayable.

I have my reasons for wanting it, but that does not mean that others may not want it for different reasons....maybe you would like to test how a Multi works over VTT before Gencon, as it may be a while until you and your fellow countrypersons can group around a table.

So, has any further consideration been given to 1.99 becoming repeatable across the tiers?

Australia is starting to ease the restrictions, and it would be nice to open up face to face with a bang (as long as it is safe, of course), and have the two older multis played back to back.

Is there any word on when the Guide for season 3 will be released? Looking forward to what new races make it in :)
