My words did not come out well in my cold-induced stupor yesterday, I apologize. What I am wondering is how do I make sure I still get my subscription copy of Lost Omens World Guide when it comes back in stock with the pdf, because right now if I try and add it back it doesn't show as part of the subscription.

Added an item to my sidecart that I changed my mind and wanted to ship, but when I did it took my Lost Omens World Guide that was on backorder and added it to my Cart. I tried to remove it to add it back and now I just poofed it. I tried adding the book back in, but it doesn't show it as apart of my subscription.

I will still be playing Pf1 for a very long time at least in a homebrew setting, I've invested way too much into it just to let those poor books collect dust on a shelf. I spoke it over with the co-runner of our local PFS group and we are going to be doing Pf1 scenarios for some time. We figure once there is a good bulk of scenarios we will probably slowly switch over to Pf2 but still have "legacy" nights to play Pf1 scenarios.

As someone waiting on two conventions worth of missing stuff as both a player & a GM I concur with this sentiment.

Can we just take a moment and appreciate the fact that we can continue to play First Edition in Society play for many years to come. Still so many scenarios left to play.... Quote:
On the same note, can't wait to see the new beginner geared evergreens for Second Edition PFS play. The Confirmation is one of my favorites to run, complete with custom painted minis just for it. Hope whatever replaces it is just as fun.

About half my party has painted minis, and half my party has unpainted. But only like two of us have minis that match the character we are actually playing. My husband who plays a human monk in one campaing, and a tengu alchemist in another, uses a mini that is a kobold in a fancy hat and big boobs who looks like she belongs to the red had society. For Starfinder my combat drone is played by a Baymax TsumTsum.

No problem, I figured if I can jump in and help someone with info might as well save them the trouble, seeing as it was a lot of info to read through :)

The NPC wrote: Additional question: Will this new edition advance the timeline of Golarion? To quote the FAQ: Will the timeline of the Pathfinder campaign setting be advanced? Since the setting's earliest days, we have been advancing the in-game year with each real-world year. This isn't changing, so at the 2019 launch of Second Edition, the in-world year will be 4719 Absalom Reckoning.

I am both upset and excited at the same time.
God knows I'm picking up the new versions, on the bright side, I can stay on top of releases instead of coming into a system already established and having to play catch up.

Excited to see other Red Dwarf fans here. I have yet to see the new season yet.

I am running my first adventure path in campaign mode, and my experienced players asked me what restrictions I am putting on them for character creation. (I have both inexperienced players and players more experienced than I am both in this party) A majority of my GM experience comes from Pathfinder Society, so it is something I have not really had to think about. A lot of the homebrew I have been in have been things like no gunslingers or evil characters, only can be core races, cannot be core races (that is an interesting one), ect. Is there something I should watch out for and limit just to not overwhelm the new players or myself? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
