Scarab Sages

Added an item to my sidecart that I changed my mind and wanted to ship, but when I did it took my Lost Omens World Guide that was on backorder and added it to my Cart. I tried to remove it to add it back and now I just poofed it.

I tried adding the book back in, but it doesn't show it as apart of my subscription.

Yay! Finally on the site. Ended up not waiting and had a friend pick one up at Gencon. This pin turned out great!

It's funny, I was scrolling around eBay when I saw Starfinder faction pins, thought they were fake but sure enough, here they are. I have not even seen an announcement about these yet.

Scarab Sages

Woo! Been waiting since Starfinder came out for new faction pins to add to my collection.

Can we just take a moment and appreciate the fact that we can continue to play First Edition in Society play for many years to come. Still so many scenarios left to play....

Quote:

Can I still play First Edition scenarios?

Yes. We recognize that many of you have not yet finished all 250+ First Edition scenarios, and we're not taking them away! Players will be able to purchase, play, and report classic scenarios with their First Edition characters indefinitely. Even though we will stop creating new First Edition scenarios after July 2019, we expect to see them offered at conventions and enjoyed by Pathfinders for years to come.

On the same note, can't wait to see the new beginner geared evergreens for Second Edition PFS play. The Confirmation is one of my favorites to run, complete with custom painted minis just for it. Hope whatever replaces it is just as fun.

I am running my first adventure path in campaign mode, and my experienced players asked me what restrictions I am putting on them for character creation. (I have both inexperienced players and players more experienced than I am both in this party)

A majority of my GM experience comes from Pathfinder Society, so it is something I have not really had to think about.

A lot of the homebrew I have been in have been things like no gunslingers or evil characters, only can be core races, cannot be core races (that is an interesting one), ect.

Is there something I should watch out for and limit just to not overwhelm the new players or myself?

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
