I'm trying to add the Rage of Elements Pocket Edition to my side cart, but for some reason I'm unable to change the shipping option from Ship It to Side Cart It. Clicking on the shipping button results in the below message being displayed rather than the usual option to toggle between Ship It and Side Cart It.

Ship It
Unable to ship. Please contact customer service.
We are unable to find a shipping method for your order and destination.

I would be grateful for some assistance!

Hello Paizo folks!

I could be reading this wrong, but it looks like my January sub order is going to be rather wonky. Based on what is being released in January versus what the next product for each subscription says, none of the products will scheduled for January will be added during order generation. Could someone give this a look? I'd like to proactively avoid any order generation issues.

It would appear that the Thieves Guild wasn't added to the Battles order. I had added this and the red and black dragon as part of Paizo Order # 26255963. Is it possible to get the Thieves Guild added to this shipment with the rest of the order?

Hello Paizo People,

For some reason I'm not able to add the special edition rulebook sub to my account. Is this something someone can help me out with? If so, I'd like to start with the GMG as I already have the previous special editions. I'm not in any hurry and it can go to sidecart and ship with the next subscription order in April.

Hi Paizo people,

I responded to the email about the PF Battles shipping rate changes on 10/13 but have yet to hear back about it. Can someone tell me for sure what shipping on that is going to be? Adding it to my cart showed $110 but that doesn't seem right considering I'm in the continental U.S.

Also, I never received an email that my order was generated for the November subscription. I do see the order in Order History so I'm assuming all went well with my order when it was generated but I'm still looking for some confirmation.

Hi Paizo Folks,

It initially looked like everything made it into the order for shipping, however I noticed that the PDF for The Lost Omens World Guide didn't end up in my digital assets. Looking at the order, I show one of the copies of Lost Omens as cancelled, and it happened to be the copy that was tagged as part of the subscription. I'm guessing that is why the PDF didn't end up in my downloads. Incidentally, I'm amused that this was the item that got cancelled since there was a 1 in 7 chance of that happening since I ordered 7 copies of the book (for my gaming group...not all for me). Could someone address this issue?

Hi Paizo CS folks,

It looks like the Pathfinder Condition Card Deck didn't get added to my order. It shows on the itemized order list but it never made it into one of the boxes that the order was broken down into. Granted, the order required 5 separate boxes and there was a lot of items in the order, so it isn't surprising that something did get overlooked - it happens; I do it all the time. I should have inventoried everything I ordered when it arrived but I'm just now getting to it. Could I get this rectified? I'm fine if it ships with my next subscription order and in no rush.

Hi Paizo Folks!

I have 7 copies of The Lost Omens World Guide in my side cart. I ordered full sets of PF2 stuff for my gaming group and would like to have what is available for August 1st be sent with my regular subscription order so that I don't have to wait to give them the core book etc. Can you please make sure that everything in my side cart minus the Lost Omens books ships with my subscriptions?

Additionally, one of those books is intended to be shipped out separately as part of a gift for another person. The gift order is #7892649. I would still like this to be sent for August 1st with the Lost Omens World Guide shipping separately when it is available.

A bit behind the pack here, but just noticed the latest scenarios from the PFS subscription aren't present in My Downloads. Order shows as complete and indicates they should be. I think the gremlins have been at the wiring again.

I hate doing this but I'm simply running out of space for physical books. I'm going to have to stick to PDF for Starfinder, at least until my group is interested in it and until I either pare down my current collection (way too much stuff from 1978-1995) or buy a larger house, I just don't have the shelf space at the moment. So, that being said, please cancel my Starfinder AP and Starfinder RPG subscriptions. I'm not willing to give up my Pathfinder subs, so I had to make a tough choice.

I didn't see it when I submitted my latest order of non-Paizo stuff so I was wondering is there an option for expediting orders? Some places will charge extra to do so, moving your order up in the queue so that it gets processed and shipped sooner.

I'm not complaining, just curious (impatience is a virtue, right?). I tend to order most of the 3PP items I want through Paizo as I can't get them via my FLGS.

Howdy (yes, I said howdy - little known fact about redcaps, but howdy is part of their vernacular...something about Texas fey...),

I received the notification that CotCT & Inner Sea Temples had shipped 9 days ago. Has it actually left the warehouse? Reason I ask is because shipments usually arrive within that 9-10 day period and UPS (occasionally, not always) updates the tracking of the shipment but it isn't updated.

Not trying to be impatient or pushy, just curious. The PDFs are tiding me over until I can get my grubby little redcap hands on the physical books.

We already track a lot of data across each Adventure Path, but we've had to add a new category that is very unfamiliar to us: Battles Run From. Ten so far. The team doesn't like to talk about it.

I'm curious when Order 4050335 is planned to ship? I figured it would be after the August subscription window, but I haven't received notice yet. I had a few issues with this order that Katina helped me with (moved from sidecart to ship immediately but the new order didn't get fully generated and required manual intervention). I wanted to make sure there weren't any other issues with it.

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out what happened with what was originally order #4049904. When I placed the order I had accidentally put the order into the sidecart believing it would ship with the late August subscription items. When I realized it would ship with the September subscription I clicked the option for it to ship as soon as possible. I see that the older order shows the contents as moved to the new order #4050335 but I didn't receive an email confirmation like I usually do when I place or update an order.

Could someone look into this and let me know if I need to recreate the order? All the items were from the clearance sale - I figure by this time some of them may not be available if I screwed the order up.
