Looks like I'm in the same boat. I'll continue my correspondence with CS.

Mine still haven't updated. I've sent a note to CS. Hopefully this can be resolved and isn't going to be a recurring monthly issue. December didn't go smoothly, and January is definitely not any smoother, at least for me. I'm glad it is working for others, though. I also know CS is swamped and I appreciate their hard work getting these things sorted out.

I heard back from CS this last week. I'm bummed I missed the window for the December subscriptions. I've responded back to CS with a few other questions, but I'm not sure if someone here might know whether or not the PDFs are included with the physical products for non-subscriptions? Context - since my subscriptions didn't get migrated, I need to resub to the products I want and I need to order the physical products I missed as part of the December subscription. From what I recall, and this may have changed because I live under a rock, but the included PDF was part of the perks of having the subscription. I primarily use the digital products and keep the physical products on the shelf because I'm either a hoarder, a completionist, or a collector (don't get my wife started...). Anyway, I'm bummed I missed a subscription shipment for the first time since 2015.

I'll have to open a ticket with CS. My order history was lost too.

So, I'm a bit behind on all the updates from being out of pocket for a bit. Did I miss the window for getting all my subscriptions sorted so that I don't have an interruption in receiving current releases? I submitted everything on 11/26/25. I realize the warehouse, CS, and offices are closed for the holiday. I'm mostly just concerned that I will end up missing the shipment window for products for December and would like to know if I need to sort that out in a separate order.

I do really like the new store, but my experience with the new subscriptions was a bit overwhelming. I do appreciate that the previous, large subscriptions were split out so that it is easier for customer to pick and choose exactly what they want, but at the same time, I do wish there had been a more streamlined way to ensure that what I was selecting from the new subscriptions covered everything I previously had been subscribed to. Maybe a better way to say it is I would have preferred an easy way to say I want everything but the minis for both Pathfinder and Starfinder.

All that aside, I do like the changes to the store. Keep going in that direction. A more modernized shopping experience will definitely be appreciated.

Did anyone else get their PFS subscription order generated but not yet fulfilled? I mean it’s a positive sign the order generated considering the issues of the past few months, but not sure why it’s still Pending

I got a shipping notice for my February subs yesterday evening. Interesting.

I received a similar invoice today that I'm assuming is the February order spawn. I was rather confused as there hasn't been a February product post yet, but then I realized it included several items in my sidecart that are now available, such as the pocket editions. I also realized I hadn't received my society freebies since September. I sent an email about that and I'm sure it will get rectified once they get to it in the queue.

I've been able to download the PDFs for the flip mat and spell cards finally, but I'm still not able to download the JPGs. Something odd is going on with the personalization too, at least on the spell cards, as the watermark is in what looks like 24 pt font, but I can deal with that and will try downloading it again.

I'll open a ticket with the appropriate info as requested by Jackson.

I was able to download the single file AP, but I'm running into issues with the flip mat and Rage of Elements spell cards, both in PDF and JPG. The latter two are demonstrating the same behavior described above, essentially empty files within the zip archive.

I'm still running into the issue with different items (currently the non-subscription items for July) than previous. Customer service has been very quick in getting back to me and processing the order, but there hasn't been a resolution to the issue yet. Hopefully their IT folks can determine what is going on.

I forgot to mention, I have cleared cookies, reset cache, tried a different browser, etc.

The behavior mentioned in my above post has been the same for the last few days.

I'm trying to add the Rage of Elements Pocket Edition to my side cart, but for some reason I'm unable to change the shipping option from Ship It to Side Cart It. Clicking on the shipping button results in the below message being displayed rather than the usual option to toggle between Ship It and Side Cart It.

Unable to ship. Please contact customer service.
We are unable to find a shipping method for your order and destination.

I would be grateful for some assistance!

Did they clarify the cause of the “waiting on backordered items” issue? (I’m just curious if they know the cause of the glitch)

The explanation was that one of the orders got stuck when it was split into two orders. It seems like that happened to quite a few folks this time around, so maybe that is something their IT folks should look into.

I heard back from CS about 45 mins ago. I'm happy with the results and thank them for getting the issue with my order resolved. My feedback to CS management is to strive to be more transparent with queue times and such.

I emailed customer service on 7/29 about my July subscription. My support ticket ID is 163708 and I'm waiting for information on why my July subscription shows that there are backordered items it is dependent on, which shouldn't be the case since they were all July subscription items.

I really hope to hear something about the delayed July subs before we start seeing auths for August, but I'm likely being too hopeful or naive, or both, about that happening.

Making me even more salty is the release of the Zombie Feast Foundry VTT module that I have to wait to purchase now too so I can take advantage of the PDF discount. I'm doing my best to avoid getting cranky (or maybe crankier) about this, but the continued silence from CS isn't helping. Not being able to call and speak to someone is also starting to chafe as well.

I would be rushing to snap this up, but since I haven't received a shipping notice for July subscriptions (and shipping finished last week) or heard back on the matter from CS, I'll have to wait. I was hoping to start this with my group soon, but I guess a waiting a bit longer isn't terrible.

I got lucky in that I sent an email on Friday. I wish I had known earlier, though. I'm disappointed there was no communication that shipping had ended. I've been doing my best to assume positive intent here, but something does need to change with the communication. I'm not sure what the rationale is for closing ranks and limiting community responses, but it is definitely not a good experience for those of us that are invested in seeing Paizo put out new, quality content for PF2E and Starfinder.

At this point, it is probably a safe assumption that those of us still waiting won't hear anything until after GenCon. Too bad, but just the way it goes.

It is these situations where the huge hole left by Sara Marie and Diego's, among others, departures really is apparent. I'm disappointed that the current CS leadership isn't taking measures to communicate more, especially with situations like this. A little communication can go a long way.

It might be a good idea for Paizo to consider a dedicated ombudsman to help handle situations like this. I think Aaron does a great job trying to fill that role a lot of times, even though he shouldn't have to.

Anyway, I hope it does improve.

I might have jumped the gun, but I emailed CS on Friday about the backordered items. I too wish there had been some communication about this, whether it is an incorrect status or if things are really backordered. Either way, I miss the old CS forums for this kind of thing.

I'm curious what is backordered? The two new subscriptions I added resulted in a separate order being generated and RedShift Rally being sent out already. The Lost Omens Special Edition sub was tied to the new order. Surely something that just came out for this months sub and nonsub purchases isn't already on backorder?

Hello Paizo folks!

I could be reading this wrong, but it looks like my January sub order is going to be rather wonky. Based on what is being released in January versus what the next product for each subscription says, none of the products will scheduled for January will be added during order generation. Could someone give this a look? I'd like to proactively avoid any order generation issues.

Hello Paizo folks!

It would appear that the Thieves Guild wasn't added to the Battles order. I had added this and the red and black dragon as part of Paizo Order # 26255963. Is it possible to get the Thieves Guild added to this shipment with the rest of the order?

Looks like the Thieves Guild didn't process with my Battles case order either. The red and black dragon are on the invoice, though. I still see the Thieves Guild in my sidecart, though. Oh, and the pricing on my invoice was correct.

The fixes Diego mention doesn't seem to include the addition of the Thieves Guild to the orders, just the pricing. I'll start a separate thread, just in case.

Hello Paizo People,

For some reason I'm not able to add the special edition rulebook sub to my account. Is this something someone can help me out with? If so, I'd like to start with the GMG as I already have the previous special editions. I'm not in any hurry and it can go to sidecart and ship with the next subscription order in April.
