I'm trying to add the Rage of Elements Pocket Edition to my side cart, but for some reason I'm unable to change the shipping option from Ship It to Side Cart It. Clicking on the shipping button results in the below message being displayed rather than the usual option to toggle between Ship It and Side Cart It.
Ship It
Unable to ship. Please contact customer service.
We are unable to find a shipping method for your order and destination.
I would be grateful for some assistance!

I forgot to mention, I have cleared cookies, reset cache, tried a different browser, etc.
The behavior mentioned in my above post has been the same for the last few days.

I got the same problem today, "We are unable to find a shipping method for your order and destination. ". It seems something is broken with international shipment, at least to Germany. Strangely enough, Paizo was able to ship my monthly subscription shipment just this week.
Anyway, I messaged customer service.

I reproduced this problem with domestic shipping, including two items that release in February and one item that I had already successfully gotten sidecarted.

I'm still running into the issue with different items (currently the non-subscription items for July) than previous. Customer service has been very quick in getting back to me and processing the order, but there hasn't been a resolution to the issue yet. Hopefully their IT folks can determine what is going on.

It looks like a general problem that hasn't been fixed. I hope their marketing folks don't get the wrong idea about the complete lack of preorders for Paizo products.
