OK I swapped a cantrip between Wally and Zendya. Purify food and drink with detect magic. Not sure if I'llbe able to help much. Only have a +5 in spellcraft. Wally stumbles in the dark slowlyand carefully until he reaches Sal.
He casts detect magic in the darkness and tries to determine the source of the darkness, because somehow the effect cannot be targeted despite enveloping himself and everyone else in the area.
If it wouldn't be so against my character I might consider packing in and going home if this is what we can look forward to. But I'm a staunch cleric of Iomedae so I won't. Still a man of less moral conviction might think about quitting. Because this is bullshit.
