the vrock is currently flying just above the ground... per the CRB, "Some creatures—such as oozes, creatures without legs, and flying creatures—cannot be tripped." but, we can treat that last as a crit hit and potentially still give you something from it. just roll the confirm and damage please >.<

The creature does swing it's mighty claws at Zendya as the oracle approaches, both the creature and hero's attacks miss their mark.

Walton's barbed chain connects to the flying creature, as does the attack from Zendya as the beast moves away, but the wily demon seems nearly impervious to the damage and looks to be unharmed by either attack.

This is a Vrock, generally CE Large outsider (chaotic, demon, evil, extraplanar).

3. Spores (Ex) A vrock can release a cloud of spores from its body once every 3 rounds as a free action. Adjacent creatures take 1d8 points of damage from the spores, plus 1d4 points of damage per round for 10 rounds as the spores grow into thick green vines. Although ugly, the vines are harmless and wither away in 1d4 days if not shaved off before then. The spores can be destroyed by casting bless on the affected creatures or by sprinkling them with holy water. This attack can also be halted by effects that remove or provide immunity to disease.

Serafina lands both hits, though the creature shrugs off much of the damage. Sal teleports up and pulls a wand, while Darius lands a pair of mighty, smitey, blows. The kineticist however, slashes out with his flaming blade, but the energy fizzles out before making contact.
