So here is a question, The only way to move 50 ft would for me to charge => 2 moves + attack. But the rules about charge and jetpack are not clear. There is an explicit feat Jet charge but it gives you a benefit of being able to move 3 times instead of 2. Which makes me believe that you can charge with jetpack. If so, Vecro would charge and strike. If you believe that he can't then he would fly 30 ft up and throw returning starknife Starknife damage if he can't charge: 1d4 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 11 + 1 = 15

From the group of starfinders walk a rather tall and muscular figure, he walks straight scanning the surrounding with his eyes. He makes very little accidental movements, seems to be always focused on a goal. His hairless head is longer than those of the others, but he is Kasatha after all. His face is covered with a mask. Vecro carries no range weapon, only a shield and a relatively large hammer, as well as starknife. On his armor he has a symbol of Elority, and above his left shoulder hovers a small black hole, the constantly collapsing mass at times can be mesmerizing, but harmless. Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 Vecro gets himself distracted with a sight of an elf on the couch and spots nothing else.
