I think the primarily investigative nature of the module isn't the greatest in PBP. I'd be willing to give something else a shot. I'n sorry that my erratic posting definitely contributed to this.

Celestial: "He's livid, his face doesn't show it, but he's seething with rage. Telias really struck a nerve. He feels like he's been robbed (probably because he still believes he's the real artist, and someone's using his ideas)."
Valtyra's countenance is calmly unexpressive as she studies the 'man'.

Valtyra takes it all in, studying the artwork that is actually quite impressive, occasionally turning her gaze toward the "artist". "What is it that inspires your choice of subject matter, if you don't mind my asking."
Leaning closer to Caipha as Telias draws Gauthfellow's attention, Valtyra speaks quietly "Mă gândesc că, dacă ne conduce la studioul său, unul dintre noi îl scoate în vopsea mai subțire." Celestial: "I'm thinking that if he leads us to his studio, one of us douses him in paint thinner."

"Yes, I'm beginning to think exactly that." Valtyra whispers back, watching the false Gauthfallow closely. She nods as Caipha indicates that she models as well, sure that the real Gauthfellow would likely know that, and can't help grinning at the description of doing so on the lower planes.
"By all means! This will go more quickly and yield better results with you as our guide!" Valtyra replies. "Please, lead the way."
Silently studying the man as Caipha draws his attention, Val notes every little detail that might indicate if they were dealing with the true resident of the mansion, or something else.
With a quick nod, Valtyra dashes out to the stairway, shifting her grip on her weapon to strike out past Telias, in an attempt to disarm the swordsman.
"Ei bine, tablourile vii cu care ne -am ocupat nu trebuie să ne ascundem ca niște oameni normali. Fie este persoana responsabilă pentru toate acestea, proprietarul casei, fie altcineva care se ascunde pentru viața lor." Valtyra replies in Celestial, training her weapon on the indicated spot. Celestial: "Well, the living paintings we've been dealing with don't need to hide like normal people. Either it's the per5son responsible for all this, the owner of the home, or someone else hiding for thier lives."
Despite the seriousness of the situation, Valtyra can't help the flash of mirth that draws a chuckle from her at Caipha's quip. Flashing the other woman a grin she readies herself for whatever might lie ahead
"I've got the light." Valtyra says, whispering a prayer to Shelyn and touching the blade of her glaive, the weapon's head lighting up with a warm rose glow.
The weapon enhancement is measured in rounds so no, I drop it as soon as combat ends.
If not for your bodyguard action Ciapha, I'd be at -7hp right now.
"Take my sight, that hurt!!" Valtyra groans, holding her hand over the terrifying wound, the other hand braced against the wall to remain on her feet. "I...I've never been ...hit that hard...in my life. I think...I think blocking...that first hit...saved my live Cia!" Closing her eyes as she focuses, she nods at Caipha's words, appreciating the offer though not needed. [smaller]Being healed with infernal magic felt like having a thousand beetles crawl over your naked body, biting your wounds closed.[/i] The hand on her wound begins to glow, repairing the jagged edges of her flesh as the wound begins to close. Reaching into her belt, she draws a vial out, drinking it's contents and letting out a sigh as more of her wound's damage is healed.
As the massive man charges her, Valtyra shifts her grip on her glaive, bringing the blade slashing forward in an elegant attack patter, the flames surrounding the blade illuminating the area for those not gifted with enhanced sight.
So two of us can see in the dark and two of us can't.
Her eyes easily piercing the darkness, Valtyra chuckles at the idea that Telias was the benchmark of whether they were up to something nefarious as she studies the tapestry and the area around it.
The intense expression on Valtyra's face softens in recognition, before developing into a full-on smile. "Caipha? What are you doing here?" Pausing a beat, she considers for a moment before chuckling to herself, whispering a quick word of thanks to Shelyn for sending a friend, and fellow subject of the arts, to help, just as others leave. "The extra muscle would definitely be appreciated, not sure what to expect here given that there's been no sign of the owner so far."
Valtyra halts, turning to face the entrance at Sithe's parting warning. Shifting to a combat stance she listens closely at she prepares for a likely assault.
"Alright, be safe!" Valtyra says as Sithe departs. Smiling to herself as Telias rambles on as usual, she adjusts her grip on her glaive as she follows him up the stairs.
Did anyone other that Ciapha Cain actually submit a character?
I'd say maybe recruit another. As far as Sithe, like you said it would be an appropriate point to replace her if needed, and the party didn't really make overly strong connections since this has all happened in one night.

Attacking carefully in an attempt not to harm Sithe, Valtyra tries to put an end to the ensorcelled rope

Her weapon an elegant blur, Valtyra slashes the rope attempting to ensnare her.
Valtyra is an elegant whirl of deadly skill and beauty, her blade continuing to attack the painted enemies from a myriad of angles.
Valtyra continues her deadly dance against the painted creature, her glaive tracing a deadly pattern, like a calligraphy brush painting the air around her.
Reacting to the sudden attacks, Valtyra's eyes flash silver for a moment, a glow spreading from her hands to her weapon as she retaliates with a strike to fend off the paint people, her weapon fluidly dancing before her in her hands.
Fluidly entering the room, Valtyra take it all in, drawing her glaive from across her back as she remembers that given the nefarious nature of whoever was behind all this, even random pieces of artwork could be a danger.
"He's calm now. It should be safe to move forward as long as we don't do anything especially hostile." Valtyra says with a smile.
Looking up in surprise, Valtyra extends a hand, her body language disarming and non-threatening as she utters the words to a spell, sending a wave of calm rolling forward.
Drawing her glaive from it's place across her back, Valtyra carefully leads the way through the gates.
"I suppose we should see if we can find our own way in...to make sure all si safe, of course." Valtyra suggests.
Noting the little iron box, and more than a little concerned by the silence, given the dog warning, Valtyra goes over to check if the box had recently been checked for any contents.

As they stand outside, Valtyra's keen eye takes in the impressive, albeit intimidating sight of the Manor and it's grounds.
So this is the next morning?
