This is the alias of a character I'm submitting to Morphling's game as well. It will only take a few tweaks to make him fit with your character creation rules, so I can do those if you decide to take him.

Tarquin is somewhat skill-heavy now, but he definitely isn't overall, so I think he should go in the Arcane group.

I'd like to submit Tarquin Stills, an elven investigator with an eye toward becoming a cyphermage. I hope that he can be considered despite the existing investigator in the group, since he'll be taking levels in wizard after 1st (as explained in the alias).
