Sudara slides behind Kami, using a multi-ranged technique taught in his village. He jabs his spear at the enemy from behind Kami, aiming for any gaps in defense opened up by fighting his Eidolon. Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Sudara is surprised at the general effectiveness of their men. Still, his service as a pathfinder has taught him that when things can't go wrong, they do. He actually moves further from the main barracade, and beckons Kami with him. If something happens at another wall, he will be ready.

I think we could do 10 archers, 10 combat, 10 scouts, 20 flooding the fields. In two days the fields will be flooded and we move to something else. ^ I like that. It seems like we need to really decide whether we want flooded fields that likely hamper movement, or barricades to keep the horsemen out. With us not training a large amount of troops (20 of 40 possible) I think after fields we should eschew the barricades and train toops or put everyone in the barricades and train whatever we can after they finish.

AoO: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Sudara stabs his spear at the rider, angry that such a stupid situation even existed. Why was it he trained so hard to fight monsters when the most monstrous of all things were men and men-like desires? He hustles forward, stabbing at Thug 1 with his spear. Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

No, I'll do it between adventures. I figured a crossbow isn't going to do a whole lot for him right now when he could be spending prepatory turns casting guidance on the pilot, acid splash on close range foes, or otherwise taking actions.

Sudara smiles and bows, then begins preparations to leave. He recalls the embarrassing encounter with the raiders. "Pardon the interruption Ogakai. I seem to have ... ill prepared myself for this journey. Do you have any weapons for sale here? I need something for ranged combat. Nothing too complex, my weapon training is fairly simplistic."

"I have not been long in the service of other men. Only once have I had to raise my spear and call my Eidolon to strike another." Sudara smiles. "I was in a faraway place called Absalom. A beautiful city with a terrible law that allows slavery in certain places. Me and others from the society were trying to find a noble woman who had been kidnapped and sold into the slave trade. We found her, on a ship set to sail. The crew attacked us and we killed them to the last, including their mongrel gnoll captain." He pokes his spear into the dirt. "We obtained permission to free all the slaves on that particular ship. It was a small victory at least."

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 Sudara walks with the others, Kami walking with his head held high at Sudara's side. He understood the concepts of spirits and displeasure. He understood it all too well. "I'm sorry the initial omens seem as if helping us is not the Will of the Gods. I too am bound to the ever-watchful judgement of another. I've learned though, that in my case at least, nothing will ever satisfy the uncaring and rigid watcher who judges me at length. Isn't that right Kami?"

Sudara grins. "I've never been on a boat for longer than a trip to cross a river. And once in Absalom after some nasty business with nobles being sold as slaves. Both times ended with me having to stab people." He finds a seat and leans on his spear. "When do we leave?"

A tall man enters, wearing garb that appears to be somewhat similar to the local styles. A longspear rests in a travel holster on his back, and his armor is dyed black to match the rest of his equipment. "Yes good dwarf, we know of Pathfinders here. They may not be as popular as they are in places like Andoran lands or Absalom, but we know of the Society." He offers a small bow, then intoduces himself. "Greetings, I am Sudara Ishizu, and I have been assigned to your group for our travel to Nesting Swallow and other stops along the way."

Must all 3 be played in order to gain the special mount? And is it only a mount for Cavaliers and Paladins or anyone with the skills to use mounts in combat? I ask because I have a Sohei Monk as well, who might gain better use out of the quests.

Sudara is tight-lipped as the others converge on Pildapush, but not because he disapproves. Would one spared enemy ever see the light? At most Pildapush would have seen a fine, maybe incarceration for a time, but he could have still died old in his bed.. "Do as you wish Paladin. I don't regret staying the blade earlier, but won't try to stop it again. Pildapush is a fool." Even as he finished talking, a handaxe slashed wide of his person. Stupid fools the lot of them, who would rather die than admit defeat and wrong. Getting his space again, he stabs at the gnoll once more. He seemed to have earned it's enmity. Spear: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15

With Kami on the other side of the enemy Sudara steps up to Jenya's old position and stabs at the gnolls legs. "Surrender or die in obscurity, your corpse trampled by those you have so mistreated!" Attack w/ Flanking: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
