Skazz feels a little intimidated by the obvious power residing here and bows before the Queen.

"I am Skazzgrakk Stormborn, last of the Six Bears tribe, known as dwarfdoom by some; goblinzbane by many. At your service."

Skazz ignores the woman and points at her sword. He addresses the rest of the group.
"How come SHE gets to keep her sword!?"

Skazz stand right behind Li and glares menacingly at the remaining guards, doing his best to look official.

Skazz picks up the harrow deck, shoulders Tusk-Taker and winks at the goblin.
"Yeah; stay here runt, unless you fancy tagging along...!"

As Skazz says this he runs his thumb along the blade of the great axe, drawing a line of blood.

"OOOHH! That's sharp!"

With that he stomps out after Li.

"I knew that I recognised this feeling...years ago I was chosen by my tribe as a vessel at that seasons moot. I acted as a host for over a day to numerous ancestral spirits. It freaked me then too... So now your talking to us whats the plan? And do you still want the piggy-back?"

Skazz shakes his head and moves toward a seat.
"Son of a b$++%!"
Slamming Tusk-Taker down on the table and putting his muddy, booted feet up next to it, he leans back in the chair, hands behind his head.
"OK,this is about as comfortable as your goin' to get me...Now what da HELL is goin' on here?!?"

"Li, if you were in my head right now you'd be amazed at the weird sort of feelings I get...but, no, it's all very quiet round here. It might be a good idea to hit some bars; get a feel for what the moods like. Besides, I'm damn thirsty right now!"

Skazz bounds in after Li, Tusk-Taker held low ready to swing if necessary. He is quickly scanning the room to see if anything has noticably changed since last he was here.

Skazz looks around nervously.
"Careful Li; somethings not right here..."

"I know this is your first time here Vex, but trust me, somethings different about this place. I can't put my finger on it but it just seems to feel ... safe, almost like home. And the only home that I know is thousands of miles from here. Ol' Skazz don't like this, not one little bit..."
Skazz has started to absentmindly twist the dwarf hair hanging from Tusk-Taker into a braid.
"I wish Li would hurry it up. I'm feelin' kinda exposed out here."

Skazz walks out of the side room. It's obvious that he has washed and it's possible that he ight even smell a bit better. As he stretches he pulls out a wetstone and starts to re-sharpen his weapons.

"I've got a score to settle here; I don't like being set up or used. How about we pay a visit back to the old womans place, search it for clues maybe?"

Skazz fidgets and is pacing up and down the room.
"I feel uneasy about all this. Dealing with skum is one thing, but getting up toour necks in it with royalty...well thats a pile of crap."

He leans toward Liandra's direction.
"Hey, Li; your not going all girly on me are you. I was getting to like that earthy smell. It kind of reminded me of home"

Skazz drops back to Algret and Li

Wiping Tusk-Taker clean of gore, Skazz shoulders the great axe. nodding at Vex he says,"Nice work Vex. I don't know what it is about girls and their toys in this city, but I ain't compainin'! Nice weapon you got 'der by da way."

Skazz swings wildly with Tusk-Taker

"Hey Li, do you notice a theme here? we seem to keep running into 'wonderfully enchanting' smells today!"

Skazz leaps at the creature bringing his axe down.

12 + 7 + 2(charge) = 21.

Damage = 5+4 = 9. note that Skazz is -2 to AC this round due to charging.

"HOOWAHH!!! That got him!...Oh God's what a smell....!"

Skazz starts to jog towards the creature, increasing speed to a charge with the intent of leaping forwards at it and delivering a mighty overhead chop with Tusk-Taker.

Skazz keeps pace with Liandra, keeping a watch for any pottential threats to the party.
"Here's where the fun begins...yes?"

"I got da heads!"

"Well at least the mob will do the job of torchin' the place!"

"Ummm...you know you just mentioned a mob with pitchforks...?"

Skazz straightens and supports himself on Liandra's shoulder.
"Thanks, yes i'm ok. I think your place sounds like a good plan. From there we can formulate what our options are. And burning this place sounds like a great diversion to me. Any one any good at starting fires...Big fires?"

Skazz shudders and almost falls as he catches himself against a wooden post. For a moment he gets a far away look in his eyes.
"Woooh...Skazz don't feel to clever right now. This whole thing feels bad, like...like hundreds of voices all crying out in terror...maybe not, I don't know. But this feels bad for the whole city. Y'know, maybe we should just bug out o' here before anythin' else bad seems to fall on us...Still think we should torch the place though... An' what's all that shoutin'...?"

Skazz grins, "I like your thinkin'"

Skazz, you could take the Mwk spear and sell it for 151 gp to make up for not getting an improved item, if you'd like. At some point down the road we can definetely see about getting Tusk-Taker upgraded to being a masterwork and, eventually, a magic weapon. I'd say that you can have a weaponsmith expertly sharpen and modify it for 300 gp into a masterwork weapon.

OK, Skazz will take the great axe and look at putting it towards the cost of upgrading Tusk-Taker. Thanks.

Skazz wont take any of the loot. He's quite happy with Tusk-Taker as his weapon at the moment, although he does take his share of the gold.

The Pathfinder RPG's lead designer, Jason Bulmahn, recently posted this in a new thread as a variant for the barbarian's rage that he is considering for the final version of the PFRPG rules:

Rage (Ex): A barbarian can call upon inner reserves of strength and ferocity, granting her additional combat prowess. Starting at 1st level, a barbarian can rage for a number of rounds per day equal to 4 + her Constitution modifier. At each level after 1st, she can rage for 2 additional rounds. Temporary increases to Constitution, such as those gained from rage and spells like bear’s endurance, do not increase the total number of rounds that a barbarian can rage per day. A barbarian can enter rage as a free action. The total number of rounds of rage per day are renewed after resting for 8 hours, although these hours do not need to be consecutive.

While in rage, a barbarian gains a +4 bonus to her Strength and Constitution, as well as a +2 morale bonus on Will saves. In addition, she takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase to Constitution grants the barbarian 2 hit points per Hit Dice, but these disappear when the rage ends and are not lost first like temporary hit points. While in rage, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration.

Holding Tusk-Taker in one hand, Skazz throws the door open and barrels into the room, re-positioning his free hand on his weapons grip he yells a war cry, made famous amongst his tribe.

"SKAZZ SMASH!!!"

Without really taking in what he sees, Skazz swings Tusk-Taker at the nearest threat he senses.

Just goes to show how foolhardy and reckless a half orc barbarian really is!

Skazz steps up behind Liandra and whispers,
"When we go in, stay behind me so I can soak up some hurt. No offence little lady but your important around here and this makes sense to Skazz. And if it's orc,...well me an' orcs have this special understandin', if you know what I mean"

Skazz, using Tusk-Taker as a balance aid, carefully follows Liandra.

Not to sure if its Skazz to go or not but heres his action anyway.

Skazz brings Tusk-Taker around in an almighty arc, connecting squarely with the remaining Bugbear. Natural 20! Conf 17+6=23. Dmg 9x3+4+31!

Skazz lets out a cry of frustration released.
