The round itself
The Librarian Knight continues his mighty assault, rising his blade to attack with a powerful horizontal strike that could push aside even giants.
"Twilight Order! To me! To battle!" he yells as he strikes.
Swift Action Encouraging Roar: Everybody gets +2 to hit and damage this round. Standsrd action Golden Swipe Maneuver: Strike with 6d6 extra damage, if I hit the target moves 10' back Golden Swipe:1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 13 + 2 = 25 Damage:3d8 + 13 + 2 + 6d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 6) + 13 + 2 + (2, 3, 2, 5, 3, 2) = 42
If I hit and I love him, I'll use the move action to follow the guardian and remain threathening
Siegwert stands ready, his hands gripped around the huge blade he carries, as the guardians come to life.
"Be careful... And stand ready" he says as he prepares to launch himself into battle.
Readying an action to do a partial charge to the closest guardian if it starts any hostile action towards his friends
"I don't know if it would be polite... or it would be smart... I don't trust the hole to help our advance... And climbing may leave enemies surrounding us... from lower Floors..." says the Librarian Knight as he approaches the main door and draws his humongous blade.
"Yes... The main entrance... Will be."

The Librarian knight weeps silently, not ashamed of such display of emotions, and grabs one of the burnt pieces of wood.
Sieg stains his right hand with the charcoal, painting three horizontal lines over his scarred face with his fingers.
The Librarian Knight starts humming with his deep vibrant voice as he rythmically hits his chestpiece. This goes for a while before he starts singing a slow tone.
"Lo, there... Do you see your father?
Lo, there... Do you see your mother?
Do you see your brothers?
Do you see your sisters?...
Lo, there... Do you see the line of your people?

Siegschwert stands up, never wiping his tears or the charcoal, and places his helmet back on. Walking with measured steps towards the rest he simply say "We'll enter the Citadel... For Yuria... And for the rest of Souls living... In this nightmare."
Oi Pengaal, wanted to apologize for blowing this up... But I realised that between the swamp being difficult terrain udually, the traps and my armor I wasn't going to run too far away before they caught us...
So I thought If we truky end fighting then, better do it in a place we already have fought and where you know the traps and pits.

... But the moment the leader, or who he thinks seems to be the leader, threatens Pengaal with a last chance he can't let his friend stand alone.

Siegschwert lets out a surprised exclamation as the watery creature bypasses his armor without problem. He doesn't let that fact stop his assault, and the Librarian Knight brings down his sword with a powerful scything strike before attacking again with an horizontal, neck-height backhand swing.
As he finishes his barrage of strikes, Siegschwert changes hid stance to lower it and more easioy defend against the creatures.
Swift action to enter Stabd of the Defending Shell. AC now 27, Touch AC remains the same.
Also, if attacked, Siegschwert will use a counter: Iron Shell if against an attack or touch attack, Burnished Shell if against a spell.
Siegschwert gruts as he quickly stops trying to force the trap open and braces his sword low with both hands. Moving towards the rain formed figure.
As he is about to tackle the creature, the Librarian Knight suddenly stops [b"Behold! The Twilight Might!"[/b] he roars as he attacks with an upwards slash sending water and mud flying around by sheer speed and strength.

Siegschwert looks down to the trap "Mmmh... Annoying little device..." he mutters before trying to pry it open using his sword as a leverage as well as his hand.
What should I roll? Strength? CMB to escape a grapple? I can always Path of War my way through it, to be honest, maneuvers rule
The librarian knight heeds Pengaal words drawing his massive blade. With but a nod he turns around calmly, trying to gaze at the bodies, yet they evade his sight.
"Let me lead... The march... I trust your senses, my friend." he says to Pengaal before walking to the front of the group with his sword resting over the shoulder yet firmly grasped.
The Librarian Knight had been silent since they crossed the water portal. He was struggling to decide but he couldn't.
As Ludwig mentioned venturing into the unknown yet again, he knew what to do. With almost ceremonial calmness, Siegschwert walked to the Disciple of the Witch and took out his backpack.
"I have... a duty... that makes any other purpose... pale in comparison." he said as he offered Aster the books and scrolls he recovered "Without knowledge... there's no hope for humankind... but I might die... in the void world... that we live now... Would you please keep these safe until... our return?"
I'll be posting later today, but first I need some DM clarification.
As per the Player's Guide, the souls needed to level up are X/10, X being the amount of exp needed to level at that interval. So a 4th level character needs 600 souls (as per the given example) because we are using the Medium Advancement Track.
Yet the Dm said from 6th to 7th was 800, instead of 1.200 that I get following the guidelines.
I simply ask because I'm a dumbass and read we had 2.712 souls, but we actually have 7.712 which means that it might be possible for at least a couple characters to afvance to 8th level (Assuming the DM did already substract Ludwig and Pengaal's level up to 7th).
Other than that we should perhaps consider getting an Estus Flask (or more) as they are 15 souls each (unless I'm reading something the wrong way) and they will prove useful.
Siegschwert finished approaching the bookshelf, yet controlled the urge to sit and read the tomes.
Instead he started stuffing as many tomes as he could on his weary backpack, a dozen or more before he had to stop due to the leather container threathening to rip open like a summer fruit.

"Mmmh... ominous... mmmh." he commebted as he walked towards the magical liquid ln the ground, but he doubted stepping inside for he carried sensible material now. Only a second, though, as helping a friend in distress was more important than knowledge in the dark world they lived now.

I have a question, though as I'm not sure if we were using the RAW encumbrance rules and Siegschwert intends to stuff his backpack with as many books, tomes and scrolls as he can.

Siegschwert grunts, filled with pain, but focuses and changes his stance, holding his sword in front of him, separating his legs -one being forward while the other remains behind him- and moving his weight to the back.

"You... are unworthy... Unworthy of wielding a blade... forged for an honourable knight!" exclaims the librarian knight as he tries his best to keep his mind and heart in check.
Without much flourish Siegschwert swings twice, both attacks aiming to severe the Hand's head from his shoulders.
Siegschwert spits, more blood than saliva,
as the Hand's fist connects with his belly .
This traitorous bastard, he dared speak of hope and hopelessness. He knew nothing of both, Siegschwert knew them really well...both being like distant relatives that visit when less expected.
With a roar the Librarian Knight used his left fist to grab the Hand by his right shoulder, while his right hand summoned every bit of strength to try and drive the Replica sword through the Hand's heart.
As his blade pierced the traitor's chest, Siegschwert grabbed the hilt with his left and threw a rabid, wild punch to the Hand before extracting the sword again.
"I have no hope... I feel no hopelessness... I bring the hope to those who bear the dark sigil!" Power Attack:1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 6 + 2 = 15 Damage:2d6 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (5, 4) + 8 + 2 = 19

Just so you know, Sieg's pretty angry about the whole controling him and stuff. If he is disarmed, he'll start punching the Hand -stats are in his sheet-.

Blood. The first thing Siegschwert witnessed when he came back to his senses was Ludwig's blood and his look of betrayal. "No..." muttered the knight as he processed what has just happened "NOOOOOOOOO!"
The cry, part despair and part wrath, foretold the charge. He turned around until he caught sight of the Hand, placing his corrupted hands on his sword and freeing the Prince, and with speed a man of his size shouldn't have he jumped and dashed towards him.
"Die, wretched bastard!" he yelled as his shoulder collided with the Hand's chest, aiming at oppening his guard, before trying to split him in half with a powerful overhanded chop.
"I am Siegschwert of Eissenhorn... Last of the Librarian Knights... Member of the Twilight Order... Friend of the People of the Sun... and I will defeat you!" exclaims Siegschwert as he lifts his sword over his right shoulder.
With a furious sweep, the Librarian Knight attacks aiming to cleave the Hand in two and send him flying away from his friends.
Attack Rolls:
I will be using Golden Swipe. If hit, I can move him 10 ft away and I deal 6d6 extra damage.
If I hit, I will try to move him in the opposite direction to where Pengaal is and then move to keep engaging him in melee.
Siegschwert left the sword, still embedded in both the Prince's corpse and the ground, as a token of their struggle.
As the Librarian Knight slowly turned towards the Kingsmen and the elegant knight he drew the Replica Sword.
Bringing the hilt to his chest, blade upwqrds to the sky, the huge man saluted his foes as by bowing slightly as he brought the sword to his right with the tip pointing to the ground.
"We bring you... honour... in death... We'll free you... of this suffering..." he said as a phantom Flower Knight appeared behind him, almost a shadow merged with the Librarian Knight.
Both the knight and the shadow braced the sword with both hands and readied themselves to battle.
Well, the prince being impaled by my sword against the ground after Felicia hammered it is too metal to pass. That weapon is going to be left there for this combat, that I reckon
Well, that puts me at rest, now I'm as crazy as always instead of crazier.
So, unless JC wants us to RP this, anyone wants the Gauntlets?
Sieg already has +1 Fullplate so please feel free to help yourselves to the armors.
if noone wants them, I can carry them so we... sell them later? I can think about what to do with them if that's not an option.
Finally, regarding the halberds: which size are they?
And on a completely unrelated note, with another Effortless Lace I can try to get a weaponsmith -or start to work towards it myself, bless be Craft- to build me a Gargantuan bastard sword. How does that dound?

P.s.- I still have my starting gift -Soul of a Forgotten Handmaiden-. I think that's one of those things that allow you to level up. Even if I'd rather keep it for now to see if it's useful later, if you guys want we can use it so at least one of you can level up.

I mean, I've reread everything and I can't find it. Maybe it's some missing spoiler or something I have skipped without knowing, maybe it's Paizo or my internet's thingy playing tricks on me.
Maybe is the lack of sleep due my exams. I am starting to question my sanity, truth be told.

So... we loot these guys, don't we? I am a firm defender of having at least a set for each enemy in every DS game ^^ also, who was next in line to level up? I do believe we have enough souls for at least one of you.
